The present
publication is a follow-up of Balkan Neighbours Club Project,
implemented by ACCESS in the years 2000-2002.
This edition offers
description plus an expert evaluation. It leaves the narrow
expert-professional format, so broader public is able to profit from the
conclusions.
Next to this,
journalists from other countries in the region are able to understand
better the real power and dangers of image building, as well as the
complicated set of motives standing behind a given media article.
The authors believe
they offer an instructive reading to various groups of people interested
in media and Balkan problems – journalists, researchers, students,
opinion-makers, NGO activists. It is an “instructive reading” not in
educational and didactic terms, but in informative and explanatory terms. |
